Motus & DOT numbers
FMCSA's new Motus system is now how USDOT numbers are registered and updated. We set up your Motus account and login, handle new USDOT numbers and updates, and file your UCR. New entrants get help through the 18-month New Entrant Safety Assurance Program.
Operating authority
Common, contract, broker and hazmat authority. We work with your insurance company on the FMCSA filings and file your BOC-3, so you don't miss a deadline and have to start over.
Permitting
IFTA permits, temporary trip and fuel permits, UCR, and highway use permits for Kentucky, New Mexico and New York. We track your due dates so you avoid penalties.
2290 forms
We prepare your Heavy Highway Use Tax return and take it to the Federal Building to be stamped. We track your equipment weight groups and let you know before your 2290 expires.
Fuel & mileage tax
Send us your quarter. We enter it, generate the reports and file every state that requires one. Free trip sheets and envelopes, plus fuel reports by company or unit on request.

Ad valorem tax
We prepare your Arkansas annual motor carrier report, which sets the tax on each unit's Arkansas miles. Filing on time keeps you clear of jeopardy assessments.

Company, driver qualification, equipment maintenance and drug & alcohol files. Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse registration and queries. MVRs, carrier profiles, and we can sit in on your DOT safety audit or compliance review.
Log auditing
Send us your logs weekly or monthly. You get daily log, violation and incomplete-log reports for each driver, plus a company summary.
